I'm going to make my own book with just a computer,printer and 3 ring binder of lots of things,some things will be, a collection of recipes which will include sections,one will be dessert recipes-cookies,cakes,pies and such
online shopping sites with ibs safe products,(check out st.claire's organics ginger pastilles,and hot chocolate mix  ),I'm finding so much helpful info for my book, like I read someone's post about candy and how queasy pops are safe. SOMe other things in my book will be purse/pocket/travel items. For example keep pepermint altoids in your purse or pocket,or throw a kidz organic apple sauce in your purse/take to work as a snack or those tiny candy canes in your pocket that come in individual wrapers.
