Blood test had high #'s, but I later learned there are often false positives. The biopsy showed no celiac. So, I chose to eliminate wheat but not gluten and see what would happen. (I tried GF for a few months but gave up). Wheat free worked great for a few months and then I seemed back to normal, but had a reaction sometimes when I tried to go back to wheat. I haven't noticed many specifics as you asked about - but I do notice that I somehow seem fine the next day if I've had some of my daughter's pretzels! I have to keep a food diary and see what I can figure out. I guess when I next have an endoscopy (can't wait!)
