Than I had a major change to extreme D, like 20 times a day sort of thing for long while. I just turned 39 and I guess I'd have to say I alternate between the two currently. The actual medical marijuana "bud" may or may not help with C or D but for most people it helps with the pain and cramps. If I am C, taking the capsules made from the leaf material seems to help get things moving more than anything. If I am having a D attack, smoking, or in my case vaporizing the bud material works better to alleviate the painful, explosive D and cramping. -------------------- Taking it one day at a time.....
