I take half of one if needed during the day and one at night to help me sleep. I have just heard how addicting it is and have also noticed when I first started taking it on a daily basis and then started taking it just as needed, it took me a week or so not to have a headache and insomnia. I haven't taken it since last Tuesday night because I have had surgery and just havent taken it. I probably will only take as needed from now on so I don't have the side effects of coming off of it.
