You are OK! This won't be scary!! 
Don't fret, this happened to me.  Happens all the time. You will be surprised to see how doing like no work on your own will get you RESULTS. My mom was stealing from me once.  *snap* Messed up, eh? I got it back and sent a clear message. Ya play with fire, ya get burned.
This is what you do for the bank. It is nothing, they're doing the work for you! It's 6 easy-peasy steps:
1. Drive to your bank
2. Sit down with the Bank manager and have the bank print out all of your charges (debit statement) for the last 3 months for free.
3. Highlight all suspicious charges. The REALLY suspicious ones that you know you didn't do. Insist this is FRAUD. (They are required to do a fraud investigation on their end.) No criminal proceedings. That's up to YOU.
4. Insist the bank manager provides computer-stored signatures for all dubious charges. Compare them to your signature they have at the bank. State your case!
5. If purchases have been made fraudulently over the Internet, stop payment on these (even if it's like, $20 apiece) or have the bank manager wipe them off your account for free.
6. Get a new card while you're there. Even if your sister has alll your last card #s, she can't make any more charges if those #s change. Change your PIN! Get a card with your pic on it! Or with a secret security code! I have one! This is FREE.
7. Treat yourself to something RIGHT AFTER you get away from that bank... 2 soft new pillows for your bed at Bed Bath and Beyond ($28), cutting edge new electric blue eye shadow from Sephora ($14), or even a tan at a tanning booth place (@$5)! Chocolate soy milk, if that's your snack! Something for you. This is YOUR money.
Listen, The bank thing will take 40 minutes. You will MAKE MONEY you've lost off this thing. Plus the shopping, that's 1/2 a You day. You will feel EMPOWERED for being PROACTIVE about your life!
Remember, your bank works for YOU! They do this stuff all the time. And your sister will be d^mn surprised the next time she tries to take advantage of the 5 finger discount!!
Proof in hand, you can remind her it's you who can file charges. Time to be nicer to the responsible sis!!!!

Maniacs are cowards! Call the cops while your sister is home, and make her tell them the whole story about the guy potentially showing up. They can HELP. Don't be scared.
