I posted tonight about Boca burgers and such and how I love them but they contain MSG derivatives. I haven't yet found a fake meat item without MSG derivatives (or however you want to put it)- such as autolyzed yeast extract and hydrolized protein. umami- that is the flavor of fake meat LOL.
