I haven't been around much either and when I am, just have time to skim the boards, so please forgive me for not wishing you a Happy Birthday. Bless your heart, you've been through so much, but maybe this is the turnaround year for you!!! 
We'll pretend we're having a party - a "cyber" one, of course, you've already been offered a helmet, let's see what we all can come up with.... Hmmmmmmmmmm - we'll also pretend you can eat anything you want, so I'll bring you a "Better Than Sex" Chocolate Cake and your gift will be new teeth - all expenses paid!
