I'm sorry to hear that you don't feel well today. I don't feel too well either. It is bad enough to go home, but instead, I'm just acting like I'm working, but I'm not doing anything except hurting inside!!!!!
I'm so sorry to hear about your troubles with your BF. It sounds like you two need to have a heart-to-heart!! That would definitely bother me too, the ex that is! My fiance used to date this (excuse my language) sl*t, and about every six months she would text him, out of the blue, something like "hey, did you see so-in-so on the news" or "hey, I heard you were getting married" all that bs. He knew it upset me. But after she found out we were engaged, and he wouldn't text her back, she finally quit texting!! She is crazy
You should make him realize what she did to him. and Why it doesn't make a poop what she thinks about him or reconcile any differences. It's over, caput, in the past, finito!!! Guys can be so frustrating sometimes!
Stress is one of my main problems too. Especially when I get stressed and raid the cabinets    Not a good thing.
I hope you feel better soon. We are in the same boat just opposite symptoms!!
