I know that it is tough to handle, especially when things are out of our control.....maybe meditating can help...try to just get away even if for only ten minutes, quiet your mind and just "be" thinking about nothing ....nothing at all....I know that helps me when i feel overwhelmed,......hopefully that can help if even it is only a little, either way i will include you in my thoughts and meditations today I wish you the best of luck, and try and think about the positive...concentrate on everything having a positive outcome, you would be amazed at how powerful our itty bitty thoughts are sometimes best of luck ((hugs)) Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
