I've been away from the boards for a few weeks... I'd been doing well with my D issues and almost felt guilty about coming here then. I've been back to work and for three weeks have felt GREAT (still get the runs when I come home and eat BUT that lasts only for an hour and then I'm OK again - I can live with that). I wasn't fearing going out and being away from the john. All of a sudden, last week, I ate a trigger food - hotdogs for me, and the floodgates opened (somewhat literally) and I'm back to square one. Sorry to bore you with the details, but hey, you asked. How 'bout you? How have you done with the CDs?? I didn't see you for awhile (but understand WHY you weren't posting).
