I have noticed more cramping in the past few months that i had mine in. I got mine in November and have only had 2 weeks of no bleeding. Mine has been very light but still. I also notice I can feel when I am ovulating more. I get sharp little pains. I am ready to call my doctor because it is now going on almost 5 months and i wonder why I am still spotting all the time. I always go with my gut feeling and call the doctor if I have any questions and concerns. HTH!
