I take Lorazepam 1mg for my anxiety but thats only if I have to go somewhere and I've not been feeling the best.I take it with me when I go out but try not to take it.The problem with anti depressants or antianxiety pills are that eventually they won't help and you will have to up your dose.Then your body becomes dependent on them.So...I onl take this one for really bad days an dso far its only been 3 times.Once for the kids school concert,twice for the dentist.All three times....I was the happiets person and my bowels never acted up.I LOVE MY LORAZEPAM!!!Only problem is that it makes you really tired if you aren't doing anything and you will crash for a couple hours. -------------------- IBS-D since 1999...mostly stable..i do cheat too.Bad me.
