Lexapro       02/20/09 11:02 AM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I've been taking Lexapro for a good 6+ years and I feel like it's not been as effective for the past year or. Instead of increasing my dose from 10mg I'm thinking of switching meds. possibly to Serafem or Prozac - I think I may be suffering from PMDD as well as OCD....I have a Dr appt 3-3-09.
