Colon Cleanse       02/15/09 08:41 PM Edit Reply Quote Adelita Reged: 08/17/03 Posts: 2 Has anyone tried a colon cleanse? Some say it is good for ibs others say not. I just tried one and after 4 days had such bad ibs I regretted it. I didn't do the colon cleanse for my ibs just to get rid of toxins.
