Hey there everyone~
It's been a couple of years I think since I last posted, but I've been lurking on and off for a while. Not sure if anyone will remember me, though there are still a few familiar faces (hi Nelly!). I've been having a rough go of it lately w/depression, and I not only fell off the EFI bandwagon, but took a long trek through the woods and over the mountains to get away from eating right. And I'm still running, which is why I thought it would be a good idea to seek help from the pros - I need a little inspiration and a whole lot of motivation. I thought maybe if there were other people kicking me in the rear I might actually last more than 4 hours (seriously) on the diet ...
So anyway, I'm back, and I just wanted to drop in and say a quick hello. I've always loved the support that everyone is so willing to share - you're all heroes in my book Thanks to everybody for being here for each other!
