About 6 years ago we lost all our power and it rained straight for two days.In the summer mind you but we woke up to a few feet of water in our basement.all the neighbours too and our backyards were so full it was 9 feet deep in the middle(of our yard) so we all got together and had a party. we didn't have it bad compared to a few people who opened their basement windows to let the water out,Yikes!
