It took me a while to even figure out what the hell was going on with me. I know several people who went to the ER the first time they had one. I certainly felt as if I might die when I had them. You seem to have had SO many awful experiences with doctors and with public health institutions, or divisions or whatever. It seems like no wonder that was connected to a panic attack for you. I guess a lot of us who have been through this since childhood don't feel especially trusting around doctors. Okay time to go clean the cats litterbox because I can hardly breathe sitting here...
