I really don't think it's incomplete evacuation...but I can't say for sure! I also feel it when I'm just urinating, and don't have an "urge" to have a BM.... I'm hoping it IS just the baby, it's just a very weird feeling! And it just started within the last two weeks. Does the baby suddenly change position as you enter the third trimester or something? Is she primarily head down at this point?
