HELP.       10/02/08 11:05 AM Edit Reply Quote dragonfly Reged: 05/12/08 Posts: 1088 Loc: canada Try keeping food in your stomach at all times.Munch on fresh white bread or pretzels.Try finding what you need on the internet instead of the pharmacists.Someone here on the site may be able to help you by sending you what you need.Let us know what you are needing but do try the bread it helps calm my stomach whenever it rumbles. As far as the people around you,do you have any friends?Explain to them what is going on.And during class make a joke about skipping breakfast and being really hungry.If you say nothing they will think the worst so I hope that helps. -------------------- IBS-D since 1999...mostly stable..i do cheat too.Bad me.
