After a nonprodictive weekend, I finally had a BM this morning. Not great but better. It would have been a week tomorrow with nothing. I have NEVER had that at all. I have never heard of ezekiel bread? Where do you find it? I just bought some Fiber One cereal that is pretty good. It has 12 grams of fiber in one cup.
