Been a long time

Ok guys I need advice. It has been a really long time since I have posted. Some of you probably don't even remember me. My IBS was really stable for a while, however I was completely incapacitated with migraines for four long years. During those years my neurologist tried me on tons of meds trying to get me stabilized. I was on Prednisone and other steroids during those years. Not high doses or necessarily long periods of times, but evidentally long enough for me to develop bilateral avascular necrosis of my hips. Basically I have no blood flow to my hips so my hips are dying. Did I mention I am 30?

Now that my migraines are better and my hips are now killing me I am having to take narcotics on a daily basis and I am once again constipated on a constant basis which is obviously flaring my IBS back up in high fashion. Can someone HELP? I have been taking Miralax for the past few weeks and it is not working. I woke up the other night screaming in pain. I realized I had not been to the bathroom in weeks. I had to take a suppository and it did relieve my problem that night, however once again I am back in the same situation. Haven't been since. Taking Miralax daily and not going. Have tried the acacia and had the same effect. I don't know what to do. Does anyone else have to take narcotics on a regular basis and what do you do? Sorry for venting.

Joy
