The tummy fiber (acacia) is just a soluble fiber, so it's different from the fiber that's in beans (chili). No matter how much soluble fiber I have before a gas-inducing meal, I still end up with a bloated belly. Gas-X does NOTHING for me... But yeah, up the soluble if you're upping the insoluble.
