Hi, Nelly, I'm new to the boards (today) and know what you're going thru. I also take lorazapam (when needed) after being on them twice a day. I cut back as things improved but was also taking an anti-depressant. Now, not on the AD, I think I need to get back on because I'm so up and down emotionally and with my IBS pain, bloating, gas and alternating C and D. The Loraz usually wipes me out so I can sleep. I hate taking it during the day because as a mom of four I can't handle my day or my kids when I'm groggy. I hope you find the right dosage or RX combo! And to add to the pity party I bring a "dump cake" as I just experienced a horrible period with IBS distress and mood swings that probably frightened the kids and scared the husband.
