Gluten free diet       08/08/08 08:01 PM Edit Reply Quote carol1968 Reged: 08/08/08 Posts: 8 Loc: cornwall ontario,canada I was wondering if anyone uses the gluten free diet to help with their IBS... i am just starting out in the world of IBS ...that is i have had it forever but now we narrowed it down to a name IBS ...so i was wondering if gluten free products would help or hurt??? i have a hard time with what i can and can't tolerate..sometimes some foods are fine and then other times they are not!!!! it is so frustrating i am in another flare up and just came back from the doctor she told me to stay on the brat diet for awhile.. but i would like to start back on the right foot...not looking forward to more flare ups!!! thanks carol1968 Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
