All I know is they promoted the fact that there was no fat at all, it all dripped off in the roasting process. The chickens were very well done, the meat fell off the bone -- they were moist and tender and covered in fresh herbs -- they smelled so good and tasted even better! You could order either a half chicken or a whole and take it home -- or you could sit inside and enjoy the chicken right there. The BEST chicken I've ever had. I tried to figure out what herbs were on there and make my own, but they never came out as good. Our chickens over here are fried -- yuk! My husband calls them "Kentucky Fried Grease."
