There are several on the market, but I think the "father" of this principal/science is the best... Dr. Peter D'Adamo, "Eat Right 4 Your Type"...I've had all his books at one time or another. But, this one is very concise, for all blood types and gives recipes, even tells about your personality type and predisposition to illnesses/diseases. He also has "mini books" - for each specific blood type, almost like pocket size to carry with you shopping - or when you are at work and planning your list.... It think we just search and study and glean what we need to know. I don't know of one book that is the "Bible for IBS" - who knows maybe we will all collaborate on one some day, when we are all stable, and be millionaires! I just haven't found the right combination yet!
