I have been suffering for many years infrequently HOWEVER this past month has been a nightmare. I am on Belladonna & Pheno. from my GI DR whom I like.After reading the book yesterday I've been on rice and Cham. tea. Had Oatmeal this am and it triggered me terribly. I am beside myself and feel as if I'll never get hold of this. What to do? BTW I am going to a Support Grp meeting this week which I learned about. O Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
