I found something at whole foods called acid ease, or something like that, and it seems very similar. It says take 2 before each meal. How long before you eat do you take the pills? I also found a multivitamin with some of the same ingredients in it which I'm going to give it a try. it's a multi that is for good digestive health as well. Figured I'd give it all a go! But as for tomorrow, I'm starting with the acid ease stuff ASAP! Enough of this crummy feeling!! Thanks for ALL of your advice.
