I COMPLETELY understand where you are coming from. I eat very healthy, and exercise and my weight is creeping up too. Since my second child was born, I have had a hard time getting the weight off. Weight is a problem in my family too. I have been constipated for as long as I can remember. I really believe it is impossible to lose weight if you are constipated.
