I find that when my allergies are acting up (especially this time of year!) I don't sleep very well. Unfortunately Claritin and the like make me a little hyper and mess with my sleep even more. You may want to give some Benadryl a try. And/or try closing your windows if you have AC you can turn on - this will help keep pollen out. And don't nap!
