There used to be an Australian chicken restaurant in Northern California where we used to live that served THE BEST take-out chicken I've ever had. Didn't go over with very many people and ultimately went out of business. I never understood why. The chicken was roasted, such that the fat all dripped off in the process. Yet the chickens (you bought them whole or halved) were moist and extremely well-done. Best chicken I've ever had. Is that what the take-outs are like in OZ?
