Your pain sounds so similar to what I get. Do you still have your gallbladder? Mine was removed because it was not functioning well, I had hoped this would get rid of my problems but it didn't. I feel your frustration, not knowing what to eat is driving me crazy. My doctor put me on hyosciamine for spasm and this has been a great help. This website has been very beneficial.
