Screw people who don't have IBS and their advice. I say this with prejudice and frustration at the well-meaning simpletons around me who would experiment on me and my stomach. Back the hell off, I say to them. In my mind.
{{{HUGS}}} Don't feel bad you didn't go fishing. The thought (and memory) of having an attack in the outdoors curdles my blood. Dogs have a short memory. Bribe him with treats and he will forgive you.
Half of me says forget the junky remedies, and the other half says try anything once. You've caught me frustrated and ambivalent.
