I'm more of a c. But may I ask why you don't eat vegetables????? That is really bad for you. You're missing out on a lot of vitamins/nutrients. Even on the IBS diet you can (and should!!) eat veggies. Try well cooked really soft ones. I think canned veggies work well. Or you can even puree cooked veggies (kind of like baby food) so they are easy to digest. Do you take any kind of vitamins? That might be helpful as well. In addition to controlling your IBS you have to get your body healthy. That will probably help with the fatigue and the headaches.
