So sorry to hear you are still unwell. I can relate - i've been on a similar bland diet and was well for two weeks until this morning......pain I think it might be worth looking into a fructose sensitivity test. I say this becasue I too have problems with mango and papaya (these were the first two new safe foods i added to my diet and the D was so bad I nearly gave up the diet) - I think they are both quite high in fructose.
Sorry I can't help with the migranes - I am blessed enough not to have had one.
