Nor is it the fault of the other 7000 members on here. It is a BIOLOGICAL problem. So unless you chose this (of course you didn't)!, don't feel bad.
I know it sucks talking to Doctors, especially when you're a teenager (I was SO embarrassed all the time!), but remember, Doctors have pretty much heard and seen it ALL. Nothing will really surprise them. They will NOT make you feel like it's your fault - they're there to help (most Doctors are good ones). Keep your chin up, kiddo. You can and WILL get through this. We are ALL here for you.
