Hi Nelly,
I know exactly what you are going through. Where I work the bathroom is right across the hall from my desk and the walls are thin, too. I can hear all "sounds"  coming from there. My boss eats lot of veggies, so you can just imagine. They can use the Oust spray all they want, but, I know exactly what's been going on in there....they can't fool me. Although, when they come out I act like I'm really concentrating on my work and have no idea what's going on. 
Thank goodness, I get my pooping done at home before I go in and if I have gas, well, I just hold my breath, take a Phazyme and hope for the best.
