I've had this problem before too -- normal stools but just a lot of them! Were you an IBS-D before getting stabled? I've mentioned this a lot before, but I really do recommend trying a half dose of Imodium or even just 1/4 of a dose. This should be enough to reduce the frequency and urgency without constipating you and help you get back to being stable. It could just be a hormonal or seasonal thing (especially with the holidays).
