I got my first month free from the doctor and was shocked when I ordered the next month on line. So, let me make sure I have this straight...you take the "Acacia tummy fiber" AND the Kyo-Dophilus every day and this helps you? My IBS has been quite severe lately (I have the opposite of consitpation)but I have noticed a difference with the Align. I thought that I read the Acacia was a "prebiotic".
