Congrats!! That's great! Everything went pretty well with the inspector. The two main things with the house is that we have to replace the water heater due to water in the basement when the sunk pump backed up because they turned off the electricity and the enclosed porch off the back is not sealed correctly so water gets in there. We were actually thinking of opening up the back porch anyways so that wouldn't be a big deal. We tried to get them to pay for the water heater, but because it's the bank that owns it and it is a "as-is" sale they wouldn't budge. We can't complain because we are getting a heck of a deal on the house. I hope you have good luck with selling yours. And Happy Holidays to you and your family!!!
