I don't follow the IBS diet anymore since I had my rectal prolapse surgery...I don't have IBS, and I can eat anything. So I don't worry about the ingredients in the vitamins. But if you are going to try them I'd say get a small pack...I think they make travel packs. And see how you do. It is a very small amount of dairy. But it depends how sensitive your tummy is.
