Yippeee - I am doing a Happy Dance for you!
4 Hours?  Definitely sounds like a positive to me, if they weren't interested they would have gone waaay shorter. Also, that's crazy that it's a totally different job but a management position would be great.. so long as the stress level is good for ol' tummy.
Speaking of, I'm so glad your tummy was being nice to you and you could just concentrate on the interview, that's awesome.
And now the waiting part, try to breath at least a few times so that you'll still be alive for when they offer you the job, hee hee.
