I had lost 45 lbs in 3 months from not being able to eat. I had my gallbladder removed and the nausea and pain stopped. I still have IBS, but with the help of AD's it has become manageable. I also did not have any stones, but my gallbladder had become pretty much useless and was infected. The surgery was simple (was my first surgery ever) and the recovery was a breeze.
