I thought I'd tell you I gave the 'dreaded' presentation today and I totally surprised myself by feeling and behaving confidently to the point that I actually, bizarrely, enjoyed myself!! I couldn't believe it; I just didn't get the shakes, I had a positive vibe about it, I just talked myself into believing it would be a positive and productive experience and to face my fear and I did and it worked!!!!
Thankyou all of you so much for your encouragement, advice and empathy. I actually feel like I have taken a step forward, I'm so surprised by myself. I feel like if someone asked me to do another one next week, I wouldn't mind a bit. Hooray!!!!
