Sorry you're having such a hard time! My family pulls craps like that, too. If I get too bothered by it, my stomach problems get worse. I try to just ignore their insensitive (or manipulative) comments. I am not living with them and I don't have to deal with them everyday. I'm a grownup! I shouldn't have to worry about what my parents think of me!
I hope you have a nice day, despite the fact that you will be hanging out with your parents and brother, sans husband. Maybe when you get home from the party you can do something just for you? Treat yourself like you're #1, you know, put yourself first. I don't have any great suggestions for this, because all I do to treat myself is maybe have some hot tea and sit down to read a good book. Or sometimes I dig into some soy ice cream from Trader Joe's and sit in front of the TV for a bit!
