I had to drink something similiar for a small bowel xray. It was white and gross. I put the straw all the way back at my throat and sucked it through so I couldn't taste it. I did almost lose it a few times but I managed not to get sick. I think they make you drink entirely too much of that stuff. AND if I'm not mistaken you might have to drink again right before your test.
