It turned out I simply missed my period for that month, even though I was on birth control... lame, I know! I went to my gyno because I was worried about being pregnant, but she said sometimes "this stuff just happens." You can take a preg test to be sure, but you may just be "weird" for this month. I hated the experience of having cramps with nothing to "show" for it!! I think I may have been extra stressed when this happened.
