As much as it sucks, you really just needed to STOP taking it! Since I'm a C, I felt a HUGE wave of IBS relief when I stopped taking the Effexor. My C went away almost instantaneously, so I can imagine you might be having D issues. Maybe up your SF for a few days until you think the withdrawal period is over?
