HOW TO PREVENT       07/14/07 02:40 PM Edit Reply Quote b232 Reged: 05/05/05 Posts: 81 Loc: Seguin, Texas USA As everyone probably already knows that zelnorm is now off the market. I was a fond user of that pill. Since it is no longer available to me I have tried so many fiber solutions that have all fallen short. I either go very little or I dont go at all. So I decided to go medicationless. And I have been having bm's every 3 days or so but every time that I do go I get these painful hemorrhoids. Im not straing or on the thrown very long I just dont understand why I get them? Ive tried hot baths, creams and ointments but it only helps temporarily. Do you have any other suggestions?
