Hi, Im IBS-A (mainly leaning towards D), and I take Yaz. I do not find that Yaz interferes with my IBS at all. I do experience some spotting with it, but besides that, Im okay with it. I do notice that it makes my PDs lighter and less painful, but IBS wise, I do not see a difference.
